On behalf of the 84 Lumber family, we would like to extend our condolences to the Bartley and US Lumber families. Terry was more than a salesperson, he truly cared about the customers he sold to and dealt with on a daily basis. He loved his job and the people he worked with both at US Lumber and at the locations he sold to. I can't count the number of times he called just to ask how I was doing on a personal level. Terry always took the time to do the extra things for us, even for the little guy in the back that never made decisions or would really need to know what the products were used for. This man was genuine and wasn't just a mouthpiece. I would like to make sure that his family knows how much he loved them. From his late wife, daughter and grand children, he talked about each of you, every visit he made with us. He was proud of you all and loved you so much. We would like to echo Rich's comments about losing an icon; it truly is an accurate statement. Thank you for your years of service Terry, you will be missed. - Scott Ratcliffe 84 Lumber Ranson WV
