Pauline E. Herbert

Pauline E. Herbert, 88, of Hollidaysburg, formerly of Pasadena, Maryland, passed away Sunday at UPMC Altoona.
She was born in Spangler, the daughter of the late Gilbert and Viola (Hartzog) Farabaugh. Pauline married Louis Herbert, he preceded her in death.
Surviving Pauline are her siblings: Ralph Farabaugh, Gordon Farabaugh, Rita Williams, Aileen Link, Ruth Kline and Janet Davis; two step-grandchildren: Tina Herbert and Davy Herbert; many nieces, nephews and her friends at the Presbyterian Village.
She was preceded in death by seven of her siblings: Alvin, Leonard, Rose, Maurice, Paul, Emmett and Mary Farabaugh.
Pauline was a graduate of Carrolltown High School.
She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg and a former member of Our Lady of the Chesapeake Catholic Church, Pasadena, MD.
Pauline enjoyed traveling, bowling and being a member of the Maryland Red Hat Club.
Friends will be received from 4-7 pm on Friday, September 4, 2026 at the Plank, Stitt and Stevens Funeral Home, 421 Montgomery St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, where a vigil for the deceased will be held.
A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 am on Saturday, September 5, 2026 at St. Mary Catholic Church, 312 Clark St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648, with Fr. Alan E. Thomas, celebrant.
Committal will be held at Crest Lawn Cemetery, Marriottsville, MD.
