Christopher J. Feathers
May 9, 1958 – Nov. 11, 2023

Christopher J. Feathers, 65, Hollidaysburg, passed away Saturday morning at his residence.
He was born in Altoona, son of the late Ralph K. and Ann G. (Diehl) Feathers.
Chris is survived by his sons, Christopher and Zachary, both of Hollidaysburg.
He was preceded in death by two brothers, Kenneth R. and Ralph G.
Chris was a graduate of Hollidaysburg High School and the University of Pittsburgh at Johnstown.
He had been a funeral director at Plank, Stitt & Stevens Funeral Home and The Stevens Mortuary, Inc., for over 28 years.
He was a member of St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church.
Chris enjoyed rock concerts, trivia nights, the Altoona Curve, his jeeps, hunting, gardening, shotgun shoots, making horseradish and sauerkraut, bowling, and his cat, Molly. He was known for his special “Undertaker’s Blend”, a combination of dried hot peppers from his garden, which he enjoyed gifting to his family and friends.
There will be no visitation.
All are welcome to attend the funeral Mass, which will be held at 9 a.m. on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, Hollidaysburg, with Father Alan Thomas officiating.
Committal will be in Greenlawn Cemetery in Hollidaysburg.
The family requests that donations in memory of Chris, be made to St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church, 312 Clark St., Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
Arrangements are by Plank, Stitt & Stevens Funeral Home, 421 Montgomery St., Hollidaysburg.
